Can't Beleive it's been so long.

Had some unfortunate happenings. Pretty much taken care of.
Back to the outdoor experience. Need to get back in the thick of things outdoors. Summer is upon us and the need for rejuvenating enjoyment of fun in the campground. Whatever campground you prefer. Boondocking, resort, state or national park, just need to get out and see nature at it's finest.
Hiking, fishing or sightseeing. It all makes us feel good just being outside.

Florida swamp. There is a gator on the right end of the log.
Swamps may not be one of your favorite venues. But there is always something to see, be it an Aligator or turtle. It's always exciting,

My Camp Stove Is Broken!

I have a Coleman propane camp stove. One of the two burner models that uses the canisters of propane for fuel. When I connect the tube from the canister to the stove at the point where it feeds gas into the burner valve there must be a leak because it bursts into flame at that point. I thought it was the rubber ring washer that is on the end of the tube from the regulator. No it wasn't. Replaced that part and still had the fire.

I thought maybe someone reading my blog might have some idea about how to solve this problem. I have had the stove for quite awhile and it is still in really good shape. Almost brand new. Can't figure out why it suddenly leaks and presents a fire hazard. Coleman is no help! I hope I don't have to replace the whole stove. They are expensive! And the gas feed is redesigned.

Found the problem when we were getting our equipment ready to go camping. A real bummer to be without the stove. Cooked many a meal and brewed lots of coffee on that stove. It's like an old camping buddy.

Check this out for some really good items to make your camping and fishing more fun this summer.
